Images Under Construction is a three part side project of Dandylion, otherwise known as Marianne Sveen of Katzenjammer. Part 1, released back in late 2011 introduced the bouncy Katzenjammer member under a new light with a soft chilled and delightful atmosphere. Part two is closer to her work with her band but only in the sense that it's like a delicious fruit smoothie with a wide burst of flavours, and not to mention the whipped cream and cherry on top to boot.

Indeed, Images Under Construction - Part 2 is a melting pot of genres which are successfully merged together to create a fantastic piece of work. The EP kicks of with a short gospel type intro that sets the mood perfectly. This is then followed up by three songs that blend everything from alternative rock to soul and funk. At parts, it's as if Jack White has had a sex change and has started recording under his feminine alter ego. Then, the ambiance continues with the soulful "Help Me Forbid" and finally, a smooth ballad that allows Marianne Sveen to show the extent of her vocal talents.

Part 2 takes Dandylion's already grandiose project to a new level, showing a large spectrum of influences and talent. She has already announced via social network that work on Part 3 in under way and with the quality of both Part 1 and 2, I can only see Marianne go from strength to strength.
